CEMB - Student Enrichment Events Assistant

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with Student Leadership Orgs:
- Keep student organization leadership records organized and up-to-date
- Attend all student organization leadership events such including, but not limited to:
- Student leadership Fall cookout
- BruinLink Fair
- Student Leadership Team Retreat, Diversity Committee Student Festival symposium
Order catering for student enrichment special events
Attend all student enrichment WellCore events
- Create WellCore credit approvals on BruinLink
Assist in set-up and take down of seminars (water bottles, gifts, graphics on screen)
Maintain professional attire for all seminars
Assist with greeting industry leaders/ guest speakers
Assist in updating Johnson Center Yodeck Screens on a weekly basis
Support in updating weekly Student Enrichment Newsletter and Curb College calendar
Communicate with Faculty regarding Upcoming WellCore Events based on Department events
Maintain Communication with Student Leadership teams on special events (BruinLink Fair, retreats, cookouts, etc.)
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of opportunities for student engagement (student organizations, student leadership, etc.) at Belmont
- Knowledge of campus offices and services
- Knowledge of event planning and logistics
- Student Organization leadership experience a plus
