Oracle Business Process Architect Associate Director

You Are:
The Oracle Business Process Architect Associate Director will innovate and design function business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet business process and function requirements.
The Work:
- Work closely with the business process owners to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive process efficiency
- Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met
- Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs
- Take ownership in one more more functional business process areas or Oracle Modules
- Support scrum teams as they configure and develop Oracle EBS to ensure the solution meets the intended design and requirements
- Present demos to client during blueprinting CRP sessions and during development to show system functionality
Here's What You Need:
- Bachelors Degree
- 10+ years of experience with Oracle EBS Modules, EBS Business Process Architecture and/or supporting implementation
- Experience leading a team and/or project
Bonus Points If:
- Advanced Degree
- 15+ years of industry experience
- Experience with ASCP and cMRO modules
- Motivated and proactive, with a desire to understand and address complex areas
- Curiosity for learning about new technology, industry best practices, and areas of risk, analyzing and turning new insights into concrete action
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to delivering tangible outcomes for customers and stakeholders
- Excellent people management and relationship development skills

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
