 Welder/Automotive Quality Representative

$22-24/hour

This role supports TRIGO's Quality Resident Engineering operations by preventing customer claims through proactive quality oversight and corrective actions.

Serve as the on-site customer liaison, supporting continuous improvement and providing inspection, rework coordination, defect analysis, and claim reporting - with a primary focus on weld-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the customer at the OEM plant and manage production quality concerns

• Analyze issues, drive corrective actions, and communicate updates between OEM and plant teams

• Coordinate sorting and rework activities as needed

• Support launches, trials, engineering changes, and customer meetings

• Maintain strong plant-level customer relationships and ensure satisfaction

• Conduct process/product audits and implement standardized work

Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills

• Experience with process controls and audits

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to lead, work under pressure, and act as company representative

• Tier 1 and automotive sequencing experience preferred
