Baptist Health Floyd, Cardiology Services
Full-Time (36 Hours Weekly/ 5 Days A Week), Four 7 Hour Shifts (7:30am-3pm) and One 8 Hour Shift (7:30am-4pm)
Job Duties:
The Receptionist/Scheduler is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for all those entering the Cardiology area seeking care or service. As the primary contact for the Cardiac Services waiting area, this person will seek to understand the needs of the individual and direct them on the appropriate processes including registration, waiting, consultation, etc. This position is responsible for assessing the needs of those in the Cardiology waiting area and appropriately addressing those needs. They will act as the communication conduit between the cardiology services clinical team and patient or patient family members.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Must be at least 16 years of age
