ZoomCare is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team in Salem, Oregon! Come develop your skills with ongoing support from our medical leadership team! SCHEDULE

Work Part Time Sunday - Tuesday and every other Wednesday 5pm - 12am at our Salem South Commercial clinic.

COMPENSATION

Hourly pay rate: $73.00 - $82.00 per hour dayshift / Additional shift differential per hour between 6pm-6am
Relocation Assistance Eligible up to $5,000

LOCATION

ZoomCare South Commercial: 2990 Commercial St SE #160, Salem, OR 97302.

QUALIFICATIONS

Physician Assistant Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies with certification by the NCCPA OR Family Nurse Practitioner: Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner.
Must have at least 1-2 years of experience post-graduation working in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care.
Experience seeing patients of all ages.
Eligible to participate in the Medicare program.
Must be able to demonstrate 2000 hours of work experience at the time of job offer.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Standing for long periods of time.
Fit tested for an N-95 mask, must be clean shaven where the respirator seals to the face for fit testing or when wearing the respirator.
Must wear a mask as needed.
