Job Overview

REV Recreation, a leading manufacturer of luxury motorhomes, is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, and repairs on electrical and mechanical production systems. The ideal candidate will have foundational experience in maintaining production equipment and a willingness to develop advanced skills such as troubleshooting CNC, Fanuc controls, and other complex systems. This role requires attention to detail, flexibility, and a commitment to safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

 

Primary Responsibilities

 

• Perform preventive maintenance and skilled repairs on a variety of electrical and mechanical production equipment and systems.
• Follow established procedures to monitor equipment for performance, safety, and effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, including electrical and mechanical failures, with guidance as needed.
• Conduct equipment failure analysis and perform unscheduled maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Log equipment modifications, repairs, and maintenance activities in the designated system accurately and promptly.
• Assist with construction, renovation, or installation of workspaces and equipment as directed.
