Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Trial Director to join our team in Silverdale, WA.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Plans and conducts acquisition and analysis of at-sea acoustic evaluations
Must be able to lead a team to completion of analysis and reporting of at-sea results and recommendations
Ensures data quality in real time and uses personal judgment to determine the best path forward as evaluations objectives change
Prepares written, technical reports to that identify emergent issues and works with team members to present recommendations for remediation
Basic qualifications:
A Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Engineering or Physics
Previous Officer of the Deck (OOD) underway or equivalent experience
Possess knowledge of, and be proficient in, working with US Uniformed Services ships to include a minimum of three years of hands-on, demonstrated experience with navigation and/or piloting safety
Possess an established, demonstrated track-record of project management and successful task completion to include coordinating U.S. Navy ship operations with a test and evaluation program agenda
Up to 25% travel
Security Clearance Requirements:
Must have an active Secret security clearance
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, and computer printer
Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations
Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
