The remote Director of GTM Excellence will report to the VP of the GTM Excellence Team. You will be an individual contributor that delivers strategic programs-- this includes conducting discovery and analysis, scoping a solution, building a phased program plan, managing resource allocation, and promoting collaboration across multiple teams. We are looking for someone passionate about transformative programs, that has a desire to improve processes, and is eager to contribute.

Responsibilities

• You will drive programs from creation to completion.
• Take ownership to improve processes and develop scalable workflows.
• Evaluate data and translate its meaning with brevity and simplicity.
• Use persuasion and logic to incentivize action and cultivate long-term relationships.
• Develop long-range program plans that align with company priorities and support change management.
• Take radical accountability to provide near-term value deliveries, and meaningful long-term outcomes.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• 10+ years in managing strategic programs or similar role
• Leadership or consultant experience
• Experience driving process transformation
• Experience working with senior GTM leadership

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree or greater
• Experience with SaaS industry
• Experience in cyber security or a similar industry

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range$168,000—$240,000 USD
