As a leading developer, manufacturer, and global supplier of scientific laboratory products for 100 years, Corning’s Life Sciences segment collaborates with researchers seeking new approaches to increase efficiencies, reduce costs and compress timelines in the drug discovery process. Using unique expertise in the fields of materials science, surface science, optics, biochemistry and biology, the segment provides innovative solutions that improve productivity and enable breakthrough discoveries.

Scope of Position:

The Finance Leadership Program for Corning Life Sciences is designed to develop a strong talent pipeline to support succession planning for a world-class Finance organization. This three-year program includes three one-year rotational assignments across Manufacturing, Commercial / Business Teams, and Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) roles. These rotations offer participants diverse experiences, enabling them to build key competencies, accelerate their careers, and make meaningful contributions to the organization.

Position Qualifications:

• Commitment: 3-year participation in the rotational program
• Mobility: Willingness to relocate within the U.S. for annual rotations
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, or equivalent
• Experience: Relevant work experience not required

Technical Skills:

• Introductory knowledge of data analytics tools and programming languages (SQL, Databricks, Microsoft Power BI, Power Pivot, Visual Basic/macros, Python)
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required
