Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading interdisciplinary team meetings to facilitate patient-centered care.
- Coordinating clinical practices to improve patient outcomes and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Mentoring and supporting nursing staff to enhance their professional growth and development.
- Developing and implementing patient care policies and procedures.
- Managing patient assessments and care plans to meet the needs of individuals and their families.
- Maintaining communication with families and healthcare partners to address any concerns.
Requirements
To excel as a Registered Nurse Hospice Administrator at AdvisaCare, you will need the following qualifications:
- Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse License
- Demonstrated leadership and excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment with changing needs
