About the Role

Everfox is seeking a highly organized and analytical Product Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across our Product Management organization. In this role, you will own the operational processes that support the planning, launch, pricing, maintenance, and retirement of our product portfolio.

Working cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Services, Customer Support, and Contracts, you will manage Salesforce CPQ, product catalog operations, pricing governance, product lifecycle activities, executive reporting, and business metrics while driving continuous process improvement across the organization.

Location: Hybrid - Richardon, TX, Salt Lake City, Utah or Herndon, VA

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Salesforce CPQ, including product configuration, pricing, quote generation, and product catalog updates to ensure accurate customer quoting.
  • Manage product catalog operations, including new SKU introductions, commercial price lists, pricing updates, and pricing governance.
  • Coordinate product and pricing updates for GSA Schedules and Intelligence Community (IC) Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs), ensuring product catalogs, pricing, and contract documentation remain accurate and compliant.
  • Own End-of-Life (EOL) planning, tracking, and internal and external communications for product lifecycle transitions.
  • Manage product content, including competitive intelligence, marketing collateral, customer portal, and intranet resources.
  • Administer the Product Development Queue (PDQ/PALS), including dashboards, KPI tracking, and operational reporting.
  • Develop and coordinate Product Quarterly 360 business reviews by consolidating metrics across Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Services, and Customer Support.
  • Build and maintain executive dashboards and operational reports using Salesforce and other business tools.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness for product launches, pricing changes, and lifecycle activities.
  • Drive continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and data quality.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in Product Operations, Business Operations, Product Management, Sales Operations, or a related operational role within a technology organization.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ
  • Experience supporting product lifecycle operations, product catalog management, pricing governance, and cross-functional product initiatives.
  • Experience creating executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and business reviews.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple business functions.
