As a Risk Consulting Associate, you will engage in risk analysis and compliance activities, working directly with clients to identify and assess factors that may impact project success. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.
In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team within the Risk and Compliance group, where you will participate in compliance audits, risk assessments, and regulatory reporting. You will have the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving. Responsibilities
- Conducting risk analysis to identify and assess factors that may impact project success
- Implementing compliance risk assessments to evaluate potential compliance failures and mitigate risks
- Supporting the maintenance of regulatory compliance programs by monitoring changes in laws and regulations
- Assisting in the preparation and submission of regulatory reports to ensure adherence to compliance standards
- Participating in transaction monitoring to detect and prevent fraudulent activities and financial crimes
- Engaging in data analysis and interpretation to provide insights and recommendations for compliance strategies
- Collaborating with teams to develop and maintain records management practices throughout the information lifecycle
- Contributing to cybersecurity risk management by identifying vulnerabilities and applying protective measures
- Facilitating compliance training sessions to educate employees on relevant laws and company policies
- Promoting business ethics and governance within the organization to align with industry standards and regulations
What You Must Have
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree
- Client service associate positions are entry-level roles intended for job seekers who are completing or have recently completed their final academic year of educational requirements
