Qualifications:

• Current, active licensure in the State of Minnesota as a Registered Nurse.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Minimum of one year assisted living or long-term care experience.
• Previous experience working in an Assisted Living environment preferred.
• Previous experience working with an electronic medical record.

Responsibilities:

• Takes phone calls during assigned hours to provide timely response for resident and staff concerns based on sound clinical judgement and consistent with standards of practice and Vivie policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and clinical direction to home care licensed and non-licensed staff.
• Ensure that assisted living activity is documented accurately and timely.
• Prioritize resident care based on health, functional, psychosocial and vulnerability assessment and reassessment.
• Promptly notify Director of Health Services or Executive Director of Housing of VA matters, performance challenges or other critical community concerns. Function as a resident advocate for care concerns.
