Certified Billing Contractor

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Billing Contractor/ CBC Agent to join the team to oversee the PrintScan system, manage fingerprint and background check processes, and ensure efficient task management. This role requires a strong understanding of fingerprinting and background check procedures, as well as proficiency in using various software systems. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and be willing to perform tasks that involve driving to and from USPS/FedEx locations.

Key Responsibilities: 

• PrintScan Management:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the PrintScan system.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for fingerprint processes.
  • Manage and organize files on the PrintScan server.
• Fingerprint and Background Check Processes:
  • Conduct fingerprinting tasks in accordance with established procedures.
  • Process state-specific background checks, particularly for Pennsylvania.
  • Utilize PrintScan and FieldPrint systems for CBC completion.
• Task and Server Management:
  • Assign and monitor CBC-related tasks.
  • Manage and maintain Search and Local servers.
• Communication and Coordination:
  • Effectively manage communication through Google Groups and platform emails.
  • Coordinate USPS/FedEx tasks for CBC completion.
  • Drive to and from USPS/FedEx locations as needed.
• Training and Support:
  • Deliver training sessions on CBC processes.
  • Provide support for complex cases and review training materials.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of fingerprinting and background check processes.
• Experience with PrintScan, Medallion CBC, and FieldPrint systems.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle complex cases and provide effective training.
• Willingness to perform tasks involving travel to USPS/FedEx locations.

 

Note: Driving is a critical component of this position, requiring the ability to transport materials to and from USPS/ FedEx locations.
