What You’ll Do

• Travel to pre-scheduled customer appointments in a company-provided vehicle 
• Evaluate HVAC systems and homeowner needs 
• Present repair and replacement options clearly and professionally 
• Build trust through a high-level, consultative customer experience 
• Handle objections, close sales, and collect payment 
• Coordinate next steps with the install team to ensure a smooth customer experience

What It Takes

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Comfort presenting options and asking for the sale 
• Ability to handle objections and stay confident under pressure 
• Willingness to learn, be coached, and continuously improve
