This position is on the Commercial Card Product Development team, which manages all platforms and applications within the commercial card business that ultimately drive how clients interact with our products and critically influence client experience. The Commercial Card Product Analyst will support the team to drive transformation of our digital platforms, identify opportunities for operational excellence and innovation, and enhance and simplify the client experience. We are looking for a motivated self-starter, passionate about driving transformation, with strong data and analytical skills. The role will require close collaboration with business stakeholders to develop a strong understanding of client needs, drive solutions that increase our digital offering and deliver distinguished client experiences, and commercialize new capabilities as they are rolled out.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the execution and evolution of our platform strategy, driving client efficiency through greater digital and mobile self-service opportunities

- Help to define and prioritize product features and requirements based on deep understanding of client needs, business priorities, and industry trends

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to prioritize, plan, and launch product enhancements, ensuring smooth execution and quality delivery

- Coordinate and track product development projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met across cross-functional teams

- Analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to inform product decisions

- Work with Technology partners and vendors through the agile development methodology, required governance and compliance approvals, and early risk identification and mitigation of issues

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of project plans, product specifications, and process workflows; facilitate clear communication among stakeholders

- Serve as an innovation champion and thought leader, identifying new opportunities for enhancement as well as internal efficiencies a
