Anatec is a series A funding company totaling $16 million which will bring necessary disruption to the identity and security market by providing an intuitive, rapidly deployable SaaS solution. The streaming solution offers real-time visibility, enabling users to discover, monitor and respond to the large threat surface exploited via service accounts. These threats include but are not limited to large standing privileges, shared use, lack of credential rotation and dormancy of an account.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our team. We are a cutting-edge cybersecurity company on a mission to revolutionize the way identity is used in security. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build scalable streaming data pipeline with state-of-the-art big data processing and data analysis systems.

• Optimize all stages of the data lifecycle, from initial planning, to ingest, through final display and beyond.

• Develop custom solutions/code to ingest and exploit new and existing data sources.

• Collaborate on ML and algorithm design and implementation to determine the most effective models to improve data access and analytics to ship groundbreaking features to our customers.

Qualifications:

• Strong engineering skills in Python and Spark.

• Experience in analyzing and working with large data sets, and proficient at data visualization.

• Hands-on experience with building large-scale ETL/ELT data flows and related tools

• Experience with different types of databases, eg. SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL and GraphDB.

• Prior experience with modern web services architectures, cloud platforms such as AWS, GCE, Azure.

• Deep understanding of machine learning techniques and workflows.

• 4+ years in building a data warehouse and data pipelines in a professional environment outside of college.

• 4+ years in data-intensive engineering roles.
