We are hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team!
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of inventory, timely order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This role involves supervising warehouse staff, coordinating logistics, and implementing best practices to optimize productivity and service levels.
Key Accountabilities:
Leadership:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse associates, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping, and wire cutting.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to standards.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Purchasing, Sales, Customer Service) to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues.
Operations:
- Ensure accurate inventory management and conduct regular cycle counts and audits.
- Monitor workflow and adjust staffing levels to meet operational demands.
- Enforce safety procedures and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Prepare and maintain reports on productivity, inventory levels, and other key metrics.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Requirements:
- Ability to operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and reach trucks.
- Ability to add and subtract units of measurement, using whole numbers.
- Knowledge of warehouse technology including the use of RF guns and warehouse inventory software.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Exercises safety in all aspects of carrying out job responsibilities.
- Use of personal protective equipment (i.e. safety glasses, gloves, steel-toed or composite shoes) as required for the assigned work area.

- Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 75 lbs.
- Frequently requires standing, walking, bending, climbing, reaching with arms, and constant use of hands.
- Continuous mental and visual alertness to maintain safety and achieve accuracy.
- Requires flexibility and mobility in body movements.
- Occasionally, may be required to lift items greater than 75 lbs with assistance.
