Environmental Services Tech - Riverswalk Assisted Living (Temporary)

We are hiring for a *Temporary* Full-Time Environmental Services Technician at Riverswalk Assisted Living Facility in Dayton, WA!

This is a temporary position with no defined end date. Once the temporary assignment concludes, there may be an opportunity to transition into a part-time role, working Sundays and Wednesdays.

We are seeking a dependable EVS Tech to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in our Assisted Living Facility. Responsibilities include routine and terminal cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, laundry areas, and common spaces; performing floor care and maintenance; handling hazardous waste appropriately; assisting with resident laundry; and completing other housekeeping tasks as assigned. Occasional evening or weekend shifts may be required for floor maintenance. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently are essential.

Previous experience working in Environmental Services within a healthcare setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
• Temporary - no defined end date; can move to part-time permanent employment
• Full-Time, 40 hours/week
• Tuesdays - Saturdays, 6am - 2:30pm

About the Department: Riverswalk Assisted Living Facility, opened in February 2023, is part of the Columbia County Health System campus and benefits from close collaboration with Dayton General Hospital, Columbia Family Clinic, and other healthcare services. Our Environmental Services team plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our four cottages, each housing up to 11 residents with varying levels of care. Housekeepers in this role contribute directly to resident quality of life by ensuring thorough sanitization, communicating professionally with staff and families, and supporting the overall health and comfort of our community.
