Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Engineer with strong automation skills and a solid technical foundation in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWCs). The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and advancing our Salesforce platform to support business operations, with a special focus on automation, integrations, and system scalability.
Prior experience in the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy industry is a strong plus. This role requires someone who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions.
- Design, build, and maintain advanced automations using Flow and other declarative tools.
- Support and optimize CTI integrations (e.g., Dialpad, Five9, etc.) and SMS messaging tools
- Assist with or build lightweight Apex triggers, classes, and Lightning Web Components in collaboration with developers.
- Manage user roles, profiles, permission sets, and security models.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support key business metrics.
- Perform regular data audits, deduplication, and ensure data integrity.
- Act as a Salesforce subject matter expert and provide day-to-day support and training to users.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, best practices, and new features and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical, operations, and IT, to support ABA workflows and systems.
- Manage and deploy change sets and/or use version control tools as part of a source-driven development process.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201)
- Salesforce Platform App Builder certification
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a focus on automation and process optimization
- Experience with Apex fundamentals and Lightning Web Components (can read, troubleshoot, and collaborate on code)
- Familiarity with declarative integration tools such as Zapier, Make, or Workato for connecting Salesforce with external systems
- Hands-on experience integrating telephony (CTI) and SMS tools with Salesforce
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, profiles, roles, and sharing rules
- Experience working with third-party managed packages
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare or ABA therapy organizations
- Experience working in Agile environments, including use of Jira or similar project management tools for sprint planning, issue tracking, and delivery
- Basic understanding of HIPAA and PHI data handling in Salesforce environments
- Knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integration best practices
- Experience with source control systems (e.g., Git)
