About the Role
We’re searching for a dependable and proactive Office Manager to be the engine behind our daily operations. This is a key in-person role responsible for ensuring that everything from the front door to the back-office systems runs like clockwork. You’ll be the first face visitors see, the hand behind our seamless operations, and the heart of our welcoming work environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Open the office each day and warmly greet visitors
• Manage inventory and order supplies before we ever run out
• Own the kitchen – keep it stocked, clean, and ready
• Sort, distribute, and send mail
• Scan and file documents into the correct matters in Litify
• Deposit checks daily with attention to detail and compliance
• Handle check issues with professionalism, including voids/reissues
   

What You Bring:

• Prior office management or administrative experience preferred
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Professional, friendly communication style
• Familiarity with scanning and office tech; Litify experience is a plus
• Discretion when handling confidential information
• A self-starter attitude and sharp attention to detail
