CSA is seeking a Computer Systems Analyst, Journeyman in Arlington, VA. This position is contingent upon award.

Responsibilities
- This position will be a key member of the Army National Guard (ARNG) Distributed Learning Program (DLP) team. Duties include:
- Provide Training Support Branch (ARNG-TRS) analytical and administrative services associated with the utilization of DLCs in the 54 States and Territories.
- Ensure classrooms are used effectively and meet regulatory requirements of utilization.
- Provide reporting to the DLP Program Manager, U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), and Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA).
- Provide operational oversight of the utilization tracking application, troubleshooting user help requests, and identifying new capabilities for the software system.
- Interface with each State as well as the system integrator for the classroom equipment and utilization tracking application.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field of study. Additional four (4) years of job-related experience maybe substituted for education requirements.
- Experience:
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as Computer Systems Analyst is required to include knowledge of the information and communication technology policies, concepts, architectures, hardware, software, and infrastructure, as well as Having skills in data analysis of information and communication technology utilization, with emphasis on requirements, collection, processing, cleaning, reporting, and visualization of the utilization data.
- Secret Clearance Required
