Project Coordinator

<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p> <p>Looking for an experienced Project Coordinator who is starting to or has the desire to grow in the role to take on wider project management responsibilities.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist the Project Managers in the management and monitoring of work and scope</li> <li>Ensure on time and quality delivery of Project Deliverables to the customer.</li> <li>Assist the project team with the production and maintenance of: <ul> <li>Project plans</li> <li>Issue and risk registers</li> <li>Project status reports</li> <li>Presentations and workshop materials</li> </ul> </li> <li>Take on delivery responsibilities for certain Project work packages.</li> <li>Building strong relationships with project teams and internal and external stakeholders</li> <li>Maintenance of existing internal and client facing SharePoint sites</li> <li>Assist with the coordination of project team project meetings, schedules, resourcing and internal communication across all projects</li> <li>Assist with the production of agenda, minutes and attend client meetings</li> <li>Building strong relationships with project teams and internal and external stakeholders</li> <li>Develop a high level understanding of TrakCare and understanding of all current InterSystems projects</li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience and Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in a Project Management Officer position.</li> <li>Detailed understanding of project delivery phases, milestones and methodology</li> <li>Detailed knowledge of tools and templates for project planning, tracking, reporting, budgeting, quality management and communication</li> <li>Proficiency with MS Project, JIRA and Confluence</li> <li>Advanced skills for MS Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint</li> </ul> <p><strong>Education and Training</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prince 2 or PMP Certification is preferred</li> </ul> <p> </p> <hr> <p> </p><div class="content-conclusion"><p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>About InterSystems</strong></p> <p style="font-weight: 400;">InterSystems, a creative data technology provider, delivers a unified foundation for next-generation applications for healthcare, finance, manufacturing, and supply chain customers in more than 80 countries.
