Porter (Full-Time)

Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Exterior Porter with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey. We have openings at our Hoboken, NJ location.

Schedule: Wednesday 2pm-9pm and Thursday-Saturday 8am-9pm

Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

Responsibilities:

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Cleaning and power washing exterior of the building.
  
• Cleaning out exterior trash bins.
  
• Cleaning curbside all building.
  
• Trash removal and seasonal snow removal/ debris.
  
• Estimate time and extent of repairs
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain material and supply inventory
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
