Come join our team of clinicians, innovators, operators, and technologists passionate about setting a new standard in maternity care.</p></div><p>Oula is seeking a full-time Certified Nurse Midwife to join our growing maternity care practice in the Cotswold neighborhood. This role is ideal for a thoughtful, clinically strong midwife who is passionate about delivering patient-centered, judgment-free care and excited to practice within a collaborative, team-based care model.</p> <p>As a CNM, you will provide<strong> </strong>full-scope midwifery care across the perinatal continuum while working closely with midwives, obstetricians, nurses, and other care team members to deliver high-quality, evidence-informed care. You will play an important role in bringing Oula’s clinical care model to life while contributing to a supportive and inclusive patient experience.</p> <p>This is a<strong> </strong>full-time position with a flexible schedule that includes clinical care (prenatal care, gynecology, labor and birth, postpartum care) and rotating call coverage.</p> <p>All Oula babies will be delivered at Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center. </p> <p><strong>The anticipated start date is November 2026, and we’re excited to connect with exceptional candidates in advance as we continue to expand our team.</strong></p> <h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2> <h3><strong>Clinical Care</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Provide full-scope, evidence-informed midwifery care, including gynecologic, prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care</li> <li>Deliver care across outpatient clinics, hospital-based settings, and virtual visits</li> <li>Support physiologic labor and birth while recognizing when escalation or consultation is indicated</li> <li>Collaborate closely with obstetricians, nurses, medical assistants, doulas, care coordinators, and other interdisciplinary team members to provide whole-person care</li> <li>Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients during and between visits to address questions, concerns, and care planning</li> <li>Util
