<p><strong>Senior Controller</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>This job is based in Salt Lake City, UT. </strong></p> <p><strong>Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Multi-Location Industrial Company&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Privately Held | Operationally Driven</p> <p>We are seeking a Senior Controller who wants to be deeply involved in the business, not simply close books and produce reports.&nbsp;</p> <p>This role is for someone who views accounting as a tool to improve operations, strengthen accountability, support decision making, and help drive profitable growth across a complex multi-location organization.</p> <p>Our ideal candidate is highly accountable, operationally curious, process-oriented, and capable of building strong teams while partnering effectively with leadership throughout the company.</p> <p>This position reports directly to executive leadership and will play a critical role in strengthening financial discipline, improving operational visibility, and supporting the long-term future of the organization.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is currently working within a company generating $200 million or more in annual revenue and is seeking to transition from a large, publicly traded corporate environment to a successful, independently owned family business where they can have a greater impact and broader influence.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead all accounting and financial reporting functions across a multi-location organization</li> <li>Oversee:</li> <ul> <li>General ledger</li> <li>AP</li> <li>Payroll</li> <li>Fixed assets</li> <li>Inventory accounting</li> <li>Financial reporting</li> <li>Month-end/year-end close</li> <li>Audit and tax coordination</li> </ul> <li>Partner closely with operations leadership to improve:</li> <ul> <li>Inventory management</li> <li>WIP visibility</li> <li>Service profitability</li> <li>Billing timeliness</li> <li>Working capital efficiency</li> <li>Cash conversion cycle performance</li> </ul> <li>Produce timely and accurate monthly financial statements and operational KPI reporting</li> <li>Support banking relationships, lender reporting, and external audits</li> <li>Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team while building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement</li> <li>Help drive ERP, reporting, and process improvement initiatives</li> <li>Identify ineffi
