Home Helpers of Olney in Montgomery County is looking for passionate and caring CNAs that can start immediately (FULL-TIME).  We are a part of a 27-year-old franchise that is eager to grow our team by offering a stable career path to compassionate Caregivers who provide one-on-one in-home companion care and daily living assistance to the elderly and those requiring recuperative or continuing care. Shift:  Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 5:00pm

Qualifications:

1. Current CNA license
2. Current CPR and First Aid certification
3. At least 3 years of experience in the field
4. Must have valid driver’s license and auto insurance
5. Must have reliable transportation
6. Must have good oral and written communication skills
7. Must be able to understand care plans and assessments
8. Must have current doctor’s health clearance to work which includes a negative TB test

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

1. Personal Care (Bathing, dressing, and transfer)
2. Meal preparation
3. Light housekeeping
4. Monitor and report physical and behavioral changes
5. Assist with medication reminders
6. Engage the client in conversation and activities

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
