R2Net is a diamond bridal jewelry company with a technology soul. R2Net Inc. is an innovative technology company that provides e-commerce and supply chain platforms to connect the entire span of the diamond industry ecosystem, including manufacturers, retailers, and consumers.
We are seeking a Manufacturing Operations Associates who will be responsible for a range of tasks including data entry, order processing, and shipping. As part of this role, the Manufacturing Operations Associate will handle order issues, provide support with administrative tasks, oversee inventory, and ensure accuracy in the ERP system. Additionally, managing quality control and vendor invoices are integral parts of the position. The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and order verification.
- Resolve order issues promptly, collaborating with teams for smooth operations.
- Assist department manager with daily administrative tasks to enhance efficiency.
- Generate precise invoices for internal shipments to R2Net, accurately documenting billing information.
- Receive, distribute, and organize goods in the factory to optimize workflow.
- Monitor and process advanced shipping notices from suppliers for timely material receipt.
- Check packing lists thoroughly for correctness and quality, maintaining product integrity.
- Inspect and process product returns from customers, following established protocols.
- Manage returned items efficiently by restocking or refining as needed.
- Ensure ERP system accuracy for transactions and materials movements.
- Proactively troubleshoot order issues for expedited execution.
- Log and archive vendor invoices for record-keeping purposes.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 1+ years of relevant experience is a plus
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams within production
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Base pay $17/hr - $18/hr. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
