What our Marketing Coordinator is all about:
Our Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, evaluating, improving marketing and communication efforts that drive visibility, promotion and results specifically of Wellbridge Club profit centers, studio fitness and club events. This role is a part of, and supports, the marketing team to achieve work efficiency and accuracy as well as effective marketing plans to get the clubs continually excited about. In addition, this role is a critical position in the Wellbridge Marketing Department with focus on production schedules, marketing systems and tools and financial accountability that encourage long-term marketing planning with short-term flexibility. 

Responsibilities include:

• Hire, train and manage possible direct reports, and or marketing vendors, to be productive, creative, team-oriented and to support the company vision.
• Develops and executes profit center marketing plans and programs, both short- and long-range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company products and/or services. 
• Works between the clubs and designers to encourage creativity and development, yet achieving branded copywriting, design, layout and production of promotional materials. 
• Liaison between clubs and vendors including and not limited to printers, promotion item providers, die cutters, poster and banner vendors, screen printers, embroiders, garment providers, etc. 
• Ensures effective control of marketing results and that corrective action takes place to be certain the achievement of profit center and event marketing objectives are within designated budgets. 
• Conducts marketing surveys on current and new product concepts. 
• Prepares profit center marketing activity reports. 
• Manage and traffic all marketing requests from the clubs.
• Manage production process to ensure club satisfaction with final product.
• Assist in evaluating and recommend alternatives to existing marketing plans to promote new ideas and marketing avenues.
• Maintain and disperse inventory of marketing samples.

What you are all about:

• You have a Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in related field; or 4 to 10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
• You have a good eye for design, ensuring consistency within the guidelines of the Wellbridge brand.
• You have working knowledge of the production and printing process.
• You have copywriting, proofreading and editing skills.
• You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and some graphic designing software in a MAC environment including: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.

*All benefits vary based on employee job status and including hours worked.
Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 Annually. Based on experience, qualifications and schedule.
