The Work:
In this role, you will be entrusted with the critical task of gathering and evaluating client requirements to identify any discrepancies between existing capabilities and client needs. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you develop comprehensive test conditions and scenarios that will ensure the system's functionality aligns with the client's expectations. You will also be responsible for configuring the Oracle Core HCM module to meet specific requirements, followed by execution of unit testing to validate the configuration. Your ability to communicate effectively will be essential, as you will serve as the liaison between the client and the development team, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the process. Your expertise will not only be limited to the initial stages of the project. You will also create functional designs that will guide the development team in building the system to the client's needs. Your support will be crucial during the development phase, where you will provide insights and assistance to ensure the system's functionality is being implemented according to the project's requirements. Additionally, your role will extend to triaging test defects and providing resolution. In this role you will need to be strong individual contributor who can work autonomously with minimal oversight. Responsibilities include:
- Gather requirements
- Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRPs)
- Assess requirements for fit-gap • Develop test conditions and scenarios
- Configure system
- Execute test
- Communicate with the client and developers
- Create functional designs
- Support development
- Support training
Here’s What You Need:
- Functional/testing experience Oracle HCM Cloud or similar ERP solution
- Experience with reviewing requirements, designing solutions per requirements, and drafting functional design documents for RICEFW
- Willingness to upskill and certify in Oracle HCM Cloud modules
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience with hands-on configuration with Oracle HCM Cloud or similar ERP modules

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
