Team Introduction
Finance BP and Business FP&A is a sub-department of Finance. It aims to improve management efficiency, reduce financial risks, and strengthen budget control by providing business analysis and management reports.

Responsibilities
1. Oversee the full P&L of the Search business and act as the financial Business Partner for the product's main architecture team.
2. Support the business by exploring and promoting the optimization of technical resources to drive business development and enhance operational efficiency.
3. Establish a standardized budget management system, conduct regular data monitoring and reviews through short, medium, and long-term overall planning and target breakdowns, analyze significant budget variances, and make advanced planning and control for business operations and financial status.
4. As a financial partner on the business side, plan and analyze important operational tasks to improve the efficiency of resource allocation and utilization.
5. For key cost items, based on a deep understanding of business product development logic, conduct detailed analysis, identify cost reduction and efficiency improvement opportunities, and firmly promote the implementation of optimizations.
6. Plan and coordinate the handling of basic financial matters for the business, ensuring compliance risk control before, during, and after events, and ensuring the smoothness of business and financial processes.
7. Maintain deep communication and collaboration with the XFN business team and various functional teams, enhance understanding of the Search and main architecture business, and provide professional output in the role of financial POC.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any other related field, and more than 5 years of experience in financial analysis with in-house working environment.
2. Good communication skills, team spirit, work attitude, learning ability, high self-drive, and result-orientation.
3. Framework thinking ability, capable of independently collecting data and analyzing information, identifying key issues, formulating and implementing solutions.
4. Outstanding data analysis and problem-solving skills, adept at transforming complex financial data into easily understandable insights and suggestions; simultaneously possess excellent coordination and communication skills, effective cross-departmental communication and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Work experience in high-tech industries and advertising business is preferred.
2. Work experience in promoting cross-country and cross-team projects is preferred.
3. Those with big data analysis or coding experience are preferred.
