This Lifeguard position is responsible for monitoring the indoor pool area for guest safety. It is located at our Four Points Conference Center in Norwood, MA! Our indoor pool is within a beautiful two-story Atrium and is heated all winter.

 

The shifts needed are Monday through Friday 4:00pm-10:00pm. Saturday and Sunday would be split: 8:00am-3:00pm.

Responsibilities

The Lifeguard's primary responsibility is to ensure the safety of all guests utilizing the pool and surrounding pool areas. To monitor and handle upkeep according to city standards. Administer first aid and/or CPR if needed.

 

• Continuously watch and supervise, as needed, guests in and around the pool
• Enforce the rules and regulations of the pool area consistently and uniformly
• Maintain the pool according to health department standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• First Aid program, CPR and Lifeguard training preferred (willing to certify the right candidate)
• Be able to respond to an emergency quickly and efficiently. Be able to maintain a secure and safe environment without offending guests.

The hiring range for this position is $15.04-$18.80 USD. The final salary offer will vary based on individual education, skills, and experience.
