As a strategic leader within our technology team, you will spearhead the development and execution of our Enterprise Data management strategy, playing a central role in steering the roadmap for our accomplished data engineering team. What You'll Do:

Technology Integrations Leadership:

• Spearhead integration processes for newly acquired businesses in collaboration with the Integration Management Office (IMO), orchestrating cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition of technology solutions.
• Formulate and implement integration strategies, plans, and timelines tailored to the unique requirements and complexities of each acquisition.
• Cultivate robust relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, aligning technology integration efforts with overarching organizational objectives.

Data Engineering Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor the data engineering team, providing strategic direction and guidance aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate closely with team members to define and execute a comprehensive roadmap for data engineering initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and scalability.

Integrations Platform Oversight:

• Oversee and optimize the integrations platform, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security meet high standards.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies and best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of integration processes.

Data Warehouse Management:

• Assume ownership of the newly implemented data warehouse, ensuring robustness, performance, and accuracy in supporting business intelligence and reporting needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish data architecture standards, implement data governance policies, and define data quality metrics.

Continuous Improvement:

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within technology integrations and data engineering, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains, automation, and enhanced data capabilities.
• Implement best practices in change management, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions during technology integrations.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a closely related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience in spearheading technology integrations for acquisitions within the intricacies of a complex organizational landscape.
• Demonstrated track record of success in managing and guiding data engineering teams, coupled with a comprehensive oversight of data warehouse environments.
• Strong project management skills, evidencing the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks seamlessly within a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, showcasing the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and interact confidently at various organizational levels.
• Demonstrated expertise in change management, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruptions during technology integrations.
• Proven ability to provide strategic leadership, driving technology integration initiatives in alignment with overall organizational goals.
