The Opportunity Threat Tec is seeking an experienced MCTP HST S35 Irregular Forces Coordinator to provide subject-matter expertise and full lifecycle support for the design, development, integration, and execution of realistic irregular, paramilitary, unconventional, and criminal threat portrayals in support of Mission Command Training Program Warfighter Exercises and related Event Lifecycle events. In this role, you will help create doctrinally accurate, operationally relevant, and story-driven threat environments that challenge commanders and staffs in complex training scenarios. You will support the employment of irregular and unconventional forces in coordination with Opposing Force, Operational Strategic Command, and joint and combined campaign planning efforts. The ideal candidate brings strong military experience, a solid understanding of Army and Joint doctrine, and the ability to translate irregular warfare concepts, criminal networks, hybrid threats, and asymmetric tactics into realistic exercise products and executable training events.
