The Services Success & Maturity Program Leader is a key role in Services Experience Delivery that lead and direct the services within the Leadership team in order to ensure that they deliver effective and efficient services, that they set and achieve high standards of performance, that they provide best value and that the overall budgets are managed and controlled within the funding envelope agreed. Also responsible for the overall quality assurance strategy and performance of an organisation. They will develop and implement policies and procedures related to quality assurance and ensure compliance with national and international standards and regulations.

Main responsibilities

  • Assures quality processes by establishing and enforcing quality standards when it comes to operational planning.

  • Establishes quality and reliability standards by studying process and customer requirements with other members of management and with the different roles / persona’s across HPE Operations.

  • Implements in-process product inspection standards by studying Services methods and devising assessment methods and procedures.

  • Maintains product quality by enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures and requirements.

  • Collaborates with other members of management to develop new process designs and training methods.

  • Work with the Analytics team to prepare product and process quality reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends.

  • Completes quality assurance operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.

  • Develops a quality assurance staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

  • Enable quality assurance by coaching, counselling, and disciplining.

  • Ensures quality by planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

  • Achieves financial objectives by preparing the quality assurance budget, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances, and initiating corrective actions.

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
