Inetum’s solutions aim at contributing to its clients’ performance and innovation as well as the common good. <br/> Present in 19 countries with a dense network of sites, Inetum partners with major software publishers to meet the challenges of digital transformation with proximity and flexibility.  <br/> Driven by its ambition for growth and scale, Inetum generated sales of 2.5 billion euros in 2023.  </p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>AXA Group Operations is a division within the AXA Group focused on supporting the company's digital transformation and customer-centric approach through technology and data solutions.</p><ul><li>Service description:</li></ul><p>The AXA GO Monitoring &amp; AIOps team ensures end-to-end observability and proactive incident management through monitoring, automation, and performance analytics for AXA Entities, GO Products, and GO Global Operations Control.</p><ul><li>Deliverables:</li></ul><p>Assess GO and Opcos’ products’ needs in terms of observability and monitoring.<br/> Design and implement the appropriate solutions to onboard new scopes to the Dynatrace platform.<br/> Contribute to the end-to-end monitoring view by providing alerts and metrics related to covered scopes.</p><ul><li>Expertises:</li></ul><p><strong>Dynatrace certification<br/> Azure and/or AWS certification<br/> Dynatrace Monaco<br/> Javascript<br/> Architecture</strong></p><p><br/> <strong>* The tools needed or mandatory expertise:<br/> - Expertise in monitoring Azure or AWS with Dynatrace with a good expertise of the cloud side.<br/> - Expertise with new dynatrace capabilities like DQL, Workflow, Guardian, ...<br/> - Ability to design a solution that include multiple components &amp; system.</strong></p><p><br/> <strong>* Years of expertise we're looking for: A minimal of 4 years of expertise with Dynatrace.</strong><br/>  </p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Perfil técnico sénior</strong>, com pelo menos 4 anos de experiência em <strong>Dynatrace</strong> e <strong>certificações em Azure ou AWS</strong>.</p><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>English working environment and English context - Mandatory.</p>
