This is a unique opportunity as a Senior Software Engineer to hone your systems design, hyperscale services, public API platform design, exposure to cutting edge technology stack (.NET Core, Kubernetes, Redis, Azure Cosmos DB) and application architecture skills offering end to end ownership and broad scope to have a huge impact.

Responsibilities

• Implement efficient patterns to call dependent services, leverage a distributed cache like Redis.
• Implement high availability, resiliency patterns like Circuit Breaker, Retry, Fallback, Bulkhead Isolation, Throttling among others.
• Own and operate services of massive scale.
• Reuse existing open-source libraries and build new libraries of services and best practices for other teams to leverage. 
• Perform live site/dev-ops engineering for services with monitoring, dashboards, and troubleshooting guides.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience working on large scale cloud applications.
