Warehouse Associate I

What you’ll do:

• Use an RF Scanner to accurately pick and pull appliances from assigned areas.
• Hand stack, palletize, label and properly prepare and pack appliances on the delivery trucks.
• Load and unload appliances off and onto delivery trucks.
• Verify product quality and quantity with the delivery paperwork.
• Perform basic appliance assembly and installation.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse and grounds.
• May assist in delivering appliances.

 Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Perform heavy physical demands – lifting 50lbs frequently and up to 100lbs occasionally.
• Pass a pre-employment physical and drug test.
• Have a positive and team-centered attitude and a customer focused mindset.
• Proven work history of being dependable and attentive to details.
• Experience working in a warehouse, picking and pulling items, with a warehouse management system and RF scanner (preferred).
• Experiencing safely moving heavy items using dollies and/or straps.
• Experience reading bills of lading and other delivery paperwork (preferred).

 Work Schedule and Pay:

• Full-time day schedule: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm
• Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with the opportunity to earn additional compensation when the team achieves performance targets.
