Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in Towson, United States. As a Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care while collaborating with our multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

  • Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans
  • Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions
  • Administer medications and treatments following physician's orders
  • Maintain accurate, detailed patient records and medical documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
  • Operate various medical equipment while monitoring patient vital signs
  • Assist in the development of patient care plans
  • Provide health education to patients and families
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations
  • Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current ACLS/BCLS certification
  • Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer skills and experience with electronic health records
  • Physical stamina to perform patient care duties
  • Ability to work in various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of infection control protocols and safety procedures
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development

Compensation

  • Pay Range: $38.51-$50.00
