Be part of an innovative and collaborative environment that empowers customers to stay a step ahead in life and in business, and enables departments and employees across ING to leverage our intelligent automation solutions in a secure and efficient way.</p><p></p><p>The team<br/> </p><p>As a Product Lead for Enterprise Content Orchestration, you will be a key member of this area responsible for driving digital innovation and streamlining customer and employee journeys in the bank. Product Lead is a position where all elements of a product come together, the what and the how, with an end-to-end responsibility.</p><p>Think about a customer journey where a pdf needs to be uploaded by a customer, through OCR technology we want to extract this into machine-readable data to be fed into a business process, and have to scramble the BSN number we recognized on the pdf before finally storing this document in our archive for future reference. An example of a process where we need orchestration of (micro) services for an E2E customer journey.</p><p>Enterprise Content Orchestration delivers the solutions for orchestration of content services related products according to process requirements. We provide solutions like ECO and Captiva (legacy), in principle towards the whole of ING.</p><p></p><p>Roles and responsibilities</p><ul><li>Running, managing and delivering capabilities in Enterprise Content Orchestration</li><li>You steer the delivery and make sure we deliver on promise. You know what is going on in the squads, actively manage dependencies, resolve impediments, and keep track on our velocity.</li><li>Define the vision for your product, collaborate with peers in the global Intelligent Automation community and other areas of our tribe (especially local Content as a Service teams in NL and BE and Content Interaction area in Belgium), but also other departments in ING we interact with (e.g. Banking Technology Platform for developments in BPM and workflow tools like Pega and Camunda)</li><li>Stimulate interaction between people, tribes, squads and stakeholders (within and outside your own Product Area).</li><li>Create and maintain cross-cultural collaboration by creating awareness, respect & FUN</li><li>Hierarchical manager for 3-4 Product Managers (CJE) within your area.</li><li>Strengthen the “ING way of working�� while safeguarding the Orange Code as a role model. Therefore, we are looking for a candidate with the following skills/experiences:</p><ul><li>Understanding the requirements of key stakeholders and customers for Enterprise Content Orchestration</li><li>Understanding of relevant market trends and developments (horizons 1–3) for your product and the translation of these into vision, strategy, and roadmap</li><li>Understanding of IT architecture and solutions, ability to interact with your counterparts in IT (IT Chapter lead/ lead engineer) and Architecture (together you form “the trinity” for this product). This includes ING Hubs based IT custodian teams and developers</li><li>Expertise in driving and inspiring multidisciplinary teams, as a manager you play an active role in the well-being and engagement of employees and the development of their craftsmanship</li><li>Building a strong relationship with all stakeholders within ING</li><li>Strong customer focus, both in the solutions you provide but also in driving the global user community</li><li>You have a strong resilience and can navigate through ambiguity</li><li>Owner of a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree</li><li>Ability to spend part of your time in locations across Amsterdam and Leeuwarden where the squads are spread across, and on occasional basis also in Brussels and ING Hubs locations.</li><li>Proven experience or strong affinity with the ING Agile Way of Working is a plus</li><li>Focus on End-2-end processes with the aim to integrate our global services into the customer and employee journeys enabling improvements and digitization</li></ul><p></p><p>What do we offer?</p><ul><li>
