QA Engineer with French

Mission

Our primary objective is to minimize the risk of incidents and optimize the quality of IT applications while reducing project and maintenance costs and timelines.

Your role will include the following aspects:

• Participation in building and maintaining the test repository within the tester's scope with a focus on sustainability.
• Coverage of the different stages of a testing project:
  • Contribution to the testing strategy;
  • Writing test specifications;
  • Managing queries, inconsistencies, and gaps identified while reviewing the specifications, ensuring smooth execution of testing;
  • Implementing or verifying the implementation of prerequisites within the defined scope (at a minimum: installations, configurations, test data);
  • Organizing test campaigns in the test management tool;
  • Executing test campaigns, possibly in collaboration with users;
  • Analyzing and qualifying defects with development teams and validating effective corrections;
  • Contributing to the summary report of test results;
• Adherence to the testing methodology (procedures/tools);
• Participation in the preparation of "user" documentation;
• Participation in Non-Regression Test (NRT) campaigns;
• Involvement in the specification of automation scripts;
• Participation in internal workshops aimed at improving the quality of our services.

Expected Technical Skills

• In-depth knowledge of software testing concepts, methodologies, and tools;
• Proven experience in quality assurance within the financial industry and/or large organizations;
• Experience working in Agile teams (ISTQB Agile Certified Tester or equivalent);
• Test analysis and design skills (at least ISTQB Certified Tester);
• Strong knowledge of OpenText Quality Center;
• Good knowledge of Jira;
• Basic knowledge of GIT and Jenkins;
• Knowledge of Robot Framework is a plus;
• Basic knowledge of SQL;
• Proficiency in MS Windows, MS Office, Teams, particularly Excel/VBA.
