Support the NYU Wasserman Center’s Employer Engagement & Strategic Outreach (EESO) team in cultivating and maintaining relationships with domestic and global employers. Implement outreach strategies, manage employer communications, and ensure the smooth coordination of employer engagement initiatives. Liaise with senior stakeholders, including faculty, university administrators, and employers in NY and across NYU's global sites. Implement a strategic plan to establish, strengthen, and maintain relationships between the institution and employers.

Qualifications

Required Education:Bachelor's DegreePreferred Education:Master's Degree in a related field (e.g., Higher Education, Communications, Business)Required Experience:5+ years in employer relations, outreach, or communicationsRequired Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Excellent project management, interpersonal, communication, presentation, writing and organizational skills. Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Insightly, Handshake) and data management tools.

Additional Information

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $73,000.00 to USD $93,000.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
