Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team.
In this vital role, you will assess, plan, and implement personalized therapy programs to help individuals achieve their maximum potential and independence.

Duties of an Occupational Therapist:
• Provides occupational therapy services to residents and initiates referral when appropriate and in accordance with department procedures.
• Along with the C.O.T.A., conducts resident screening at regular intervals to determine need for intervention/treatment.
• Performs comprehensive resident evaluations by assessing level of impairment, disability, and dysfunction. Interprets and communicates evaluation findings to residents, families, and other team members.
• Develops treatment plans by identifying a problem or deficit list, including short and long term goal, resident goals, and a method to achieve identified goals.
