Define the standards and become a pioneer together with around 9000 associates worldwide.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>Support in organizing the material for the External Audit;</li><li>Organize all proposals and sales material we have on file to create a structured database for easy access;</li><li>Analyze the CIP tasks and processes to improve and keep the process alive;</li><li>Support OPM Po stakeholders in doing the dimensioning of the different services;</li><li>Support the Head of Department to ensure the controlling of sales and target results;</li><li>Support for the Controlling department;</li><li>Create a final detailed report of our management structure , best practices and gaps to be corrected;</li><li>Support in Internal Controls.</li></ul><p> </p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>University Degree in Finance/ Accounting or relevant area;</li><li>Knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel (mandatory);</li><li>Proficiency in oral and written English (mandatory);</li><li>Experience in SAP (nice to have);</li><li>Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external colleagues, customers and stakeholder’s organizations;</li><li>Strong analytic skills, target oriented;</li><li>Good communication skills;</li><li>Motivated and empathetic.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>What we offer you: </strong></p><p>Challenges in an international environment | career opportunities in one of the best companies in the world | flexible hours | medical services | discounts for employees | sports and health related activities | canteen | good access to public transports | space for creativity.</p><p><strong>Success stories don´t just happen.
