Description: Sun Eagle is a 45 year old General Contractor who builds CM@Risk, Design-Build, and municipal projects. We are seeking an ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT who has experience in QuickBooks, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Preparing Bid Documents.

- Quick Books, Word, Excel, Zoom
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Billing – Payment applications and back up
- Payroll, reporting, taxes
- Job Costing
- Subcontracts, subcontract change orders
- Monthly reporting = prep for CPA
- Bank Reconciliations
- Tracking hours for OSHA
- Insurance Audits
- SDVOSB Renewals
- Vets-100 reporting
- Employee Insurance
- Employee 401k participation
- Preparing Bid Documents
