Job Summary

Job Description Summary
This Role Collects, Support, And Initiate Business Impact Analysis Process To Support Corporate Initiatives And To Re-Evaluate Previous Business Areas Of The Corporation For Qualitative And Quantitative Impacts To The Corporation. Business Impact Analysis Reports Are Validated And Presented To Senior Management And Used As A Basis For Assigning Criticality Or Recovery Priority To The Business Area. These Reports Could Have Significant Impact To HCSC If Inaccurate Or Misreported.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience or 6 years of experience
*Experience with Governance, Risk and Compliance concepts and processes (e.g. policies, audits, controls metrics)
*Experienced in tracking and organizing information
*Experienced in various desktop tools for tracking and managing information
*Experienced in leading work efforts, simple project management
*Experienced in preparing and reporting status
*Some experience in compliance-based disciplines (policies, audits, controls, metrics)
*Knowledge of corporate operations, including business partner operations, compliance support, code of conduct, and corporate policies and procedures.
*Knowledge of organization structure and responsibilities, regulatory policies and procedures and other subsidiary operations.
*Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, time-management, and project-management skills.
*Experienced in areas of sensitivity, listening/receptivity, leading and motivating others, and open to the opportunities of new ideas and approaches proposed by auditees and project leaders.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Audit experience
*Policy development and review
*Industry certification (i.e. CISA, KPI (Metrics), HCISPP)
*Data Modelling/ Visualization experience

*Experience with Business Resiliency Planning tools (Archer or similar)
