Job Description:
This leadership role serves as an internal-facing strategic partner and trusted advisor for technology-related strategy, initiatives, support, and projects globally. The role collaborates closely with IT teams, product teams, security, and business management to deliver high-quality technology solutions with a customer service-focused approach. The person in this role is responsible for all technologies within the area of Identity Governance and Access Management (IGAM).
Open to remote workers. Core hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm Central Time.

Accountabilities:
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage the lifecycle of IGAM systems, develop the strategic roadmap of deploying world class solutions, and implement growth opportunities.
- Ensure timely and accurate support activities, lead critical recovery situations, and align efforts with IT and business management.
- Lead and manage IGAM personnel within the IT department, ensuring effective communication and customer service across all levels of the organization.
- Serve as a senior-level IAM advisor, collaborating with global stakeholders to design, document, implement, administer, monitor, maintain, and support various IAM technologies securing a multi-cloud environment with a blend of legacy and innovative platforms.
- Provide development opportunities, coaching, accountability, and maintain defined priorities for high-performance, high-potential employees.
- Focus on reducing technical debt and developing IAM automation.
- Oversee financial management of budgets and spending, service customers' needs within the portfolio of solutions, and support the intake of requirements across the IGAM landscape.
- Communicate effectively with the team and internal customers (employees and contractors), develop and improve service delivery processes and workflows in accordance with business, IT, security, legal, and HR standards.
- Facilitate the creation of knowledge, training materials, and knowledge transfer across teams and new staff.
- Provide on-call support for issues occurring after business hours.
- Contribute to change management and audit processes.
- Coordinate with Security operations and participate in Compliance policy enforcement and updates.
- Perform assigned tasks and duties as needed by the company.
