Business Systems Analyst

OASYS, INC., a Leading Edge Government contractor in Huntsville Alabama, is seeking applicants for a Business Systems Analyst to support our ARMY customer.

The Business Systems Analyst provides expertise in the formulation of systems scope and objectives relative to the business plan and client requirements. Analyzes functional user requirements, procedures, and problems and makes recommendations. Analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing. Defines systems scope and objectives based on user needs and understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Documents requirements and translates into proper system requirement specifications.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years' of Business Systems Analyst or similar relevant experience
• 12 total years of experience and the 12 years can be any type of paid experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral communication
• Ability to prepare written reports, publications, and presentation models
• Experience with information technology systems
• Ability to collaborate within a team environment using a variety of tools
• Strong analytical and trouble shooting skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
• Experience using Jira and Confluence
• Ability to meet deadlines while managing competing priorities
• Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

Required Education: A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in a technical discipline (STEM, computer science, or computer engineering, etc.).

Eligibility: Only US citizens are eligible for this position. Candidates must have the ability to obtain Secret Clearance. An Active Secret Clearance is highly desired.
