This role requires strong expertise in Windows OS internals, low-level operating system interactions, and endpoint security technologies.</span></p><p><span>If you're passionate about cybersecurity, automation, and system-level testing, this is your opportunity to make an impact.</span></p><p></p><h1><b><span>Responsibilities</span></b></h1><p><b><span>Test Automation &amp; Framework Development</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks for Windows and Posix-based security solutions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Implement end-to-end automation strategies.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Identify test cases for automation, develop new tests, and oversee test coverage and effectiveness.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work closely with developers and infrastructure engineers to improve test automation pipelines.</span></p></li></ul><p><b><span>Quality Assurance &amp; Test Strategies</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Lead testing efforts within the development team to ensure high-quality releases.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Define and enforce QA standards, ensuring all tasks and stories go through appropriate verification stages.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop test plans for complex, cross-team projects, ensuring risks are proactively identified and mitigated.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Conduct regression testing and maintain automated test suites integrated into CI/CD pipelines.</span></p></li></ul><p><b><span>Windows OS &amp; Endpoint Security Testing</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Perform and automate low-level OS testing, focusing on Windows internals, system drivers, and security mechanisms.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Analyze and debug system-level interactions, identifying performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work with security experts to evaluate endpoint protection mechanisms and test security-related features.</span></p></li></ul><p><b><span>Collaboration &amp; Release Readiness</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Actively contribute to release planning, ensuring smooth deployments with minimal customer impact.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Coordinate hotfix testing efforts with high urgency to address critical issues.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with the UX team to ensure documentation is updated alongside product releases.</span></p></li></ul><h1></h1><h1><b><span>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</span></b></h1><h3><b><span>Technical Skills</span></b></h3><ul><li><p><span>Strong Windows OS knowledge, including Windows internals, system services, and low-level OS interactions. Posix systems familiarity is an advantage.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proficiency in test automation.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Programming experience in Python, Golang, or C/C++ for test automation and system-level testing.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience working with bug tracking and test management tools.</span></p></li></ul><h3><b><span>Nice-to-Have</span></b></h3><ul><li><p><span>Experience in endpoint security, including antivirus, EDR, or intrusion prevention technologies.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Knowledge of Windows driver testing and kernel debugging.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.) and DevOps tooling (such as Docker, Kubernetes).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Familiarity with virtualization environments.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Familiarity with network security concepts and tools.</span></p></li></ul>
