As the Senior Manager, Financial Analysis - Business Unit Integrator you will be responsible for:

  • Managing employees

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives

  • Acquires resources for organizational activities and lead process improvements

  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

  • Develops and sustains relationships and partnerships with key customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports (including managing, developing and motivating employees)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher

  • 3+ years of experience in a Finance, Accounting, Business or related role

  • 3+ years of experience developing and analyzing Financial Forecasts

  • 3+ year of experience performing in a leadership role

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years performing Estimate at Completion (EAC)

  • 3+ years of experience in Earned Value Management

  • Experience with team building, developing and motivating employees

  • Experience developing positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate data in Senior Leadership briefings

  • Experience applying Department of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) requirements
